SHIPPING
Every artwork is dispatched by our artists through a tracked service, with shipping rates determined by the artwork's size, weight, and the delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that may occur during shipping. The shipping agent assumes responsibility for such incidents, and disputes must be addressed directly with them. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be processed and delivered within a timeframe of 7 to 14 business days, unless stated otherwise.
RETURNS
For merchandise: Any full-price, unworn and unwashed items may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. For artworks: If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us at info@alnth.com within 7 days from the artwork's arrival, and we will make every effort to address the issue. We generally do not accept returns unless the artwork has sustained damage during transit. In such cases, we can provide a store credit or exchange. To initiate a return, use a tracked and signed-for service to send back the artwork within 7 days of notifying us. We will provide you with the delivery address. It is your responsibility to ensure secure packaging and cover the postage cost. Please note that if the artwork returns to us damaged, no store credit will be issued.
